Meet Charley, the Founder...
For many years Charley has worked in beauty and it has always been her dream to create her own all-encompassing makeup hub; Part make-up studio, part training school, part talent agency, as well as a creative space where people from the makeup and beauty world can work and feel inspired.
Charley wanted to be able to share the incredible tips and industry knowledge that she has gained throughout her 13 year career and support aspiring artists breaking into the beauty world.
Charley has had an array of roles within her career including; freelance makeup artist, counter manager for some of the world’s biggest brands, backstage assistant at London Fashion Week at shows such as Tom Ford, a key member of Charlotte Tilbury’s core management team and with her latest role, Sales Manager of the Selfridges Beauty division.

It’s so important to us that everyone feels empowered with us and that you become part of our little community. Beauty is all about feeling your best!
We are here to build your confidence, help you realise your potential and support you every step of the way. Whether you want to join us as a student and become a qualified makeup artist, master your own makeup or simply let us do the hard work for you on a special occasion, we promise to giving you the best possible experience.

Charley has cherry-picked a glam squad she believes is not only comprised of the best, most talented artists, but also the kindest and most genuine ladies.
Introducing the lovely Gracie & Charlotte. Both have a breadth of knowledge and experience within the industry. Both recognised Lead Artists for the world’s biggest beauty brands, both have incredible freelance careers, having worked backstage, for celebrities and have their own expertise and signature styles.
YOU WILL LOVE hearing the credentials the girls have tucked away under their (brush) belts and they can’t wait to share every last secret they’ve learn’t along the way.
Between them they have personally assisted Charlotte Tilbury, worked backstage with at London Fashion Week, been trained in meticulous detail by brands like NARS, Estée Lauder and Benefit.
